Why we started Hansard Health Advisors LLC
I started Hansard Health Advisors because I've seen too many mission-driven organizations struggle financially—not because they lack vision, but because they lack the financial and operational infrastructure to turn that vision into reality. I've been a CFO, managed $100M+ portfolios, secured bond financing, and optimized 340B programs. However, the work I'm most proud of is helping community health centers grow so they can serve more patients.
I started this firm because I believe financial health and community impact are not opposing forces—they're two sides of the same coin. When healthcare organizations are financially sustainable, they can focus on what matters most: delivering care to those who need it.

Our unique approach to healthcare consulting
Most consultants give you a report and leave. We roll up our sleeves and stay. We've sat in your chair—as CFOs, as executives, as leaders of mission-driven organizations. We don't just give advice; we deliver measurable results: $3.6M in bond financing, $650K+ in new revenue, and $14.7M+ in grants managed with flawless compliance. We don't just write grants—we operationalize them, building the workflows, staffing, and systems to turn funding into actual programs that serve patients. We're not vendors. We're partners who speak both mission and margin—because we've lived both.

Our core values: Integrity, humility, and results
We believe financial health and community impact are two sides of the same coin. You shouldn't have to choose between balancing your budget and serving your patients. We operate with integrity—because we've sat in your chair and know the weight of your decisions. We show up with humility—because we're here to serve, not to sell. And we deliver results—because mission-driven organizations deserve more than advice; they deserve outcomes that keep their doors open and their communities healthy.
Every engagement is guided by one question: Does this help serve more patients? If the answer is no, we don't do it.
